Give Us A Sign: Kingman Visitor Center Entry Sign Inaugural Lighting

The Kingman Visitor Center has a new monument sign, like a pin in the ground letting visitors know they’ve arrived in Kingman, the Heart of Historic Route 66. An inaugural lighting will be held virtually on May 20 from 7:00pm to 7:30pm and everyone can join by visiting the Facebook page @GoKingman.

The Smithsonian website states that “Journey stories are tales of how we and our ancestors came to America”, and to promote the Kingman Exhibit, the Kingman Journey Stories Committee is recruiting the community for artwork to illustrate Kingman’s Journey.
