Kingman has much to offer within a couple hour's drive.  It is located between two major Grand Canyon viewpoints: Grand Canyon West®, home of the Skywalk ®, and Grand Canyon National Park. Kingman is at the heart of the longest stretch of Historic Route 66, which - with backcountry switchbacks, scenic back roads and small roadside stops- is an entertaining means of getting to your destination!

Alpacas of the Southwest is a full operating ranch. They began in 2002 with a year of research and began purchasing Alpacas in 2003. They have had 25 Crias on the ranch and have Alpacas with blood lines from Peru, Bolivia and Chile. Tours are offered allowing you a chance to get up close and personal with the friendly alpacas

Keepers of the Wild, a nonprofit sanctuary, sits on 175 acres, which are held in Trust, and gives the more than 150 exotic animals, including lions, tigers, wolves and much more.

In 1967, the City of London began looking for a buyer for the London Bridge and Lake Havasu City's founder Robert McCulloch placed the winning bid of $2,460,000. Following reconstruction, the London Bridge was rededicated in Lake Havasu City on October 10, 1971!

Visit Historic Oatman, Arizona , an authentic, western, ghost town and mining camp named for pioneer-turned-indian-captive Olive Oatman. This Route 66 survivor is best known for its population of wild burros, who roam the streets willy-nilly, fed by camera happy tourists - and their wild west shows that start at high noon daily.
